Spiders, Milk and Seaweed Snacks

What a way to wake up; peacefully sleeping to have one of your three children have a bad dream and scare the crap out of you as you are in deep sleep but yet feel someone is watching you!! BOO!!Our 2nd daughter Britain had a bad dream about spiders climbing all over her!  Britain woke us up just as our iPhone alarm clock with Jon Anderson woke playing at our dead early time of 5 am! We got up to walk and got back in an hours’ time. We have started to jog now in between our walking; interval training if you will. With our new Vegan diet we feel we have more energy, feeling lighter as we are losing weight and are getting smoother night’s sleep if our children do not have nightmares!
Since all the milk has been finished Trevor started drinking his tea black. That’s huge for him! He’s a born and bread Englishman and his tea is a huge morning ritual.  He did try Almond Milk, but wasn’t too thrilled with the taste. He’s also started to use Agave for his tea occasionally.
Throughout the day if you need a beyond delicious snack; we would recommend Roasted Seaweed Snack by Trader Joes. Absolutely delicious; reminds me of California rolls. The Seaweed is slightly crunchy and melts in your mouth! The only complaint is there isn’t enough in one pack! L
