Day 2 - Vegan English Breakfast

Being British my husband Trevor is very partial to an English breakfast; English back bacon, Sausage, Fried or poached eggs, baked beans, tomatoes and mushrooms.  We decided to try an English breakfast, Vegan Style.
1.       Morning Star Veggie Sausages
2.       Grilled tomatoes
3.       Sautéed mushrooms and onions
4.       Trader Joe’s Hash browns
5.       Heinz Baked Beans
6.       Homemade fruit smoothie (blueberries, apple and banana with some water, blended with ice and serve in cold glass!! Gorgeous!!!)

Everyone loved it!! The kids are a little picky, but they all wolfed down the veggie sausages and loved them!!  Luke normally would not touch sausage but this morning he asked for more.

After eating our vegan brunch, we felt nicely full.  Trevor commented he did not feel the normal discomfort; heartburn and bloating, that he would after eating a typical English breakfast.
