Chili Recipe

Trevor made his signature Chili – Vegan Style, his usual chili, just without the meat and beef stock.  He served it with corn chips, delicious.
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 Onion, chopped
1 Pepper, chopped
2-3 Chili Peppers, Chopped
2 cans chopped tomatoes
1 small can Tomato puree
1 can Dark Kidney Beans
1 can Black Beans
1 can Chick Peas
3 tsp Chili Powder
1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
1 tsp ground Cumin
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp Black Pepper

Directions

Brown the Garlic and Onions.
Add all ingredients to crock pot and set on high for 2 hours.
Serve with Corn Chips.
